"Leadership in the Innovation Economy" - As the first female president and CEO in the 154-year history of the Metro Atlanta Chamber, Hala Moddelmog serves as a promoter of business partnerships and coalitions to drive economic growth in the region. Having spent more than 19 years in president and CEO roles, Moddelmog is well-known for her expertise in strategic planning, marketing, branding, and assembling and managing high performance teams.

Since 2002, the IMPACT Speaker Series has brought highly successful business leaders from a variety of industries to campus to share their experiences and give advice to students and other entrepreneurs on topics ranging from "building a venture around intellectual capital" to "successful entrepreneurship in large organizations" and "socially responsible leadership."
